Your own card
Sign Your Card
Send your own trading card or index card (4x6 max) for Mike Bass to sign. $15 autograph only, $25 personalized. The card must be supplied by the customer.
Your card, Mike’s signature
Mike signs the Trading Card(s) and Index Card(s) (4x6 Max) that you already own. Each listing carries the same warning in plain words: card must be supplied by customer. The buyer provides his or her own card or cards, and the number must match the quantity purchased.
A trading card suits a collector who wants Mike’s name on a card already in the binder. An index card, up to 4x6, is a small clean surface for a signature that goes in a frame, on a desk, or beside a ticket stub or a program.

$15 autograph only, $25 personalized
Trading cards and index cards are both $15 Autograph Only or $25 with a Personalized Msg. A personalized card includes Mike’s signature, your recipient name and one approved message: Best Wishes, Happy Birthday, To Your Success, or Best of Luck.
For the personalized version, read the INSTRUCTIONS on the product page and complete the required personalization field before the item can be added to your cart.
What you send and what comes back
You send the card or cards you supplied, with a copy of your payment receipt and a self-addressed stamped envelope. What comes back is your own card with Mike’s signature on it and, if you chose the personalized version, the recipient name and the approved message you picked.
Ask Mike’s team how to send your card before it goes in the mail. Use the contact page or call (352) 256-7284, and say whether you ordered a trading card or an index card and how many.
